PELVIC FLOOR SAFE TRAINING

I have a keen interest in Women's Health and since completing my Diploma, I have undertaken additional professional training in providing Pelvic Floor Safe exercise options including pregnancy and post-natal training.  I have completed the Continence Foundation of Australia's training for Fitness Professionals and several online professional development workshops on pelvic floor.  I recently completed the Your Pelvic Matters Teacher Training with Claire Mockridge and am a qualiified YPM teacher.
