Private Studio Pilates

After you have completed your initial consultation, a personalised program will be designed to meet your unique needs.  You will be taught in a Private Studio setting which will allow you to focus on the present moment without distraction.  The Pilates Method trains the whole body, improving core stability, joint mobility, coordination, balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and breathing. 

 

You will be taught on Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, The Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and more.  Pilates will challenge your body and mind through movement.  You will notice the changes in your body including improved posture when working with a fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructor with a passion for the Pilates Method.    Among its many benefits, Private Pilates training can help empower you with the skills and knowledge to best nourish and move your body.

Private Pilates Stretch Therapy

Stretch and release your body with a private Pilates stretch therapy session. This class focuses on deep stretching of all the main muscles and muscle groups in your body.  Your session will be designed to meet your personal needs and will utilise a variety of pilates apparatus (including the reformer) and myofascial release tools such as the foam roller, makarlu and therapy balls.  Stretching is a perfect way to reduce tight and tense muscles, increases flexibility and mobility, improves your posture and aids in recovery.
